What is a YACINE Partner?
A YACINE Partner is an artistic citizen of the world. They are artists, artisans, storytellers, and creators. They are our family.
They create products for life. Through a collaboration with our YACINE partners, we get the honor of featuring their products.
How come the availability for products are low?
Since each YACINE product is 100% handmade, product availability is very limited. Our products are either hand-sown, -carved, and -made by artists and artisans. Furthermore, the inspiration of our YACINE Partners stems from internal and external factors at the time of each item’s creation. This causes variances to occur because of each product’s handmade nature. Even though a product may appear to be the same, there might be differences in the precision of proportion and/or line work. If such a case arises, we consider these products to be two different products to avoid categorical confusion. However, some customers do not mind the difference. Since we acknowledge the distinction between two separate products that may seem identical, we tend to have low product availability. We highly encourage our customers to purchase a product that they have a strong interest towards. If an item that I want becomes unavailable, can I still get it?
At YACINE, we strive to exceed our customer’s expectation and satisfaction. Due to stock products having a low quantity, product availability diminishes quickly. However, a few selected unavailable products can still be requested. Simply send in your request for the specific item your looking for by contacting YACINE customer service to start a ticket request.
Please understand that because our YACINE Partners do not mass produce their products, all products will have to be crafted by hand. The time interval to complete a certain product ranges between different products and YACINE Partners. Therefore, we cannot guarantee exact product completion and shipping dates. If you decide to proceed with a product request, our YACINE customer service will be more than happy to help you get started. Until your product request is completed and shipped, you will be notified and updated on the progress regarding your product request. How long will it take to process my order?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. However, if there is a delay, we will surely get in touch to let you know when to expect your order to be shipped.
When will my items ship?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Thereafter, all orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Domestic orders take up to 1-6 business days to arrive. Some rural areas may take longer for delivery. Shipping during holidays or to remote locations may take longer.
Can you expedite my order?
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Domestic orders take up to 1-6 business days to arrive. Canadian orders take up to 5-10 business days to arrive. Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping on our products at this time. However, if you need a product by a certain date please feel free to contact us ahead of time, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please understand that you will be held responsible for the increase in shipping cost. Please explain your situation by sending an email to email@example.com.
