Shipping & Returns
We offer ground shipping on all U.S. and Canadian orders. However, depending on the shipping location, recipient(s) may be subject to import taxes and other fees charged by the local customs authority/government and/or our preferred carrier.
We process orders within 1-3 business days and ship all orders via UPS Ground. Delivery times are based on UPS estimates. YACINE is not responsible for delays due to weather or incorrect shipping information.
- Domestic orders take up to 1-6 business days to arrive. Some rural areas may take longer for delivery.
- Canadian orders take up to 5-10 business days to arrive. Some rural areas may take longer for delivery.
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail notification with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
Priority services may be available in certain cases, please email email@example.com for inquiries. YACINE will do their best to accommodate all requests.
Please note: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
YACINE strives to guarantee 100% satisfaction. For your convenience, a prepaid shipping label is included in all full priced US orders (unfortunately, this is not the case for Canadian orders). YACINE highly recommends you certify and insure your shipments as we are not responsible for lost or damaged products and packages.
We will gladly accept returns--minus the shipping cost--from all products in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Moreover, shipping charges are not refundable. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note that credit card refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
We will be happy to exchange your full-priced item, free of return shipping costs. At this time, YACINE does not issue store credits. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the exchange process. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different style or color, you will be charged for the return shipping.
